First, understanding egg carton labels and why I now buy Organic Pasture Raised Eggs, Handsome Brook Farm’s to be exact 🙂 Here is a second source if you like to cross reference 😀 I provided sources that didn’t have animal rights as their primary agenda, not because I don’t care about the chickens (I do!) but because their facts are skewed by a lot of emotional blather.
This custom muffin recipe generator, the “Muffinator” is pretty cool. It will create a muffin recipe for you, based on the ingredients you want to use. You can also choose how large of a batch you want. It’s really simple and actually works!
When I want to try a new wine, sometimes I take a shot in the dark, but I’m usually much more successful at finding one I love if I go by the recommendation of someone who knows a bit more than I do. I most frequently use his list of The Best Wines at Trader Joe’s. If you are a Trader Joe’s shopper you should also check out my list of 10 Things You Should Get at Trader Joe’s
This post from A Sweet Little Life is so fun to read! She introduces a list of Musty, Old-Fashioned Words We Should Modernize. It made me smile and I totally agree, there are some good ones to add to our regular vocabulary!
I just heard about this kids podcast from author Shauna Niequist. It’s called “The Cramazingly Incredifun Sugarcrash Kids Podcast” and it’s really cute! Great for ages 3-10 (approximately). Great little stories/morals, characters, and songs.
